The Role

Support the administrative needs of the Batley warehouse and play a key role in ensuring all systems and paperwork requirements are met, promoting efficiency and increased productivity across the whole operation.

  • Ensure that all systems and paperwork requirements are met.
  • Promote efficiency and increased productivity across the operation.
  • Assist with data collection, data analysis and report building.
  • Manage workload with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Aware of health and safety issues.
  • Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and commercial export.
  • Experience in data collection, data analysis, and report building.
