We now have an opportunity for an experienced management consultant to join our team in London at Consultant grade.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Using your consulting experience to advise clients and their teams to design and deliver lasting transformation programmes
- Developing your consulting capabilities both on-the-job and through support and coaching from our team
- Taking autonomy and responsibility on client engagements
- Aligning yourself to internal communities of interest, and making a personal impact as our business grows
About You
You will have gained c. 3 years consulting experience working in a recognised management consultancy business.
In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes
- Some experience of target operating model and/or change management consulting
- A desire to gain diverse consulting experience across sectors and capabilities
- A real desire to contribute and make an impact within a global and growing business
