About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join a respected and expanding property team within a well-regarded Cheltenham practice known for acting for regional businesses, developers, investors and landlords. The firm has built a reputation for combining technical excellence with commercial realism and long-term client relationships.
You will take ownership of a broad commercial property caseload and play a central role in the team’s continued growth. The role will involve:
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments.
- Acting on development matters and property finance transactions.
- Supporting corporate transactions with property elements.
- Building strong relationships with agents, lenders and business clients.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in Commercial Property.
- Have experience handling a varied and high-value caseload independently.
- Demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Show commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client management.
- Be motivated to contribute to business development and team growth.
