SME Commercial Insurance BrokerEbbsfleet – hybrid (one day from home)£25,000 – £35,000
Barker Munro Recruitment is working with a fast‑growing commercial insurance brokerage in Kent who are seeking an SME Commercial Insurance Broker to manage and grow a mixed book of SME property and commercial clients.
You’ll manage a portfolio covering: Property Owners (Commercial & Residential), Shops, Offices & Retail Units, Takeaways, Cafés, Restaurants and SME Commercial Combined.
Key Duties
- Managing SME renewals and ensuring strong client retention
- Handling and converting new business enquiries
- Completing fact-finds and preparing risk presentations
- Placing risks with a wide insurer panel and Lloyd’s markets
- Advising clients on cover, terms, and policy conditions
- Negotiating premiums and maintaining accurate CRM records
About You
- Experience in Commercial Insurance broking
- Knowledge of Property Owners or Commercial Combined
- Confident with renewals, new business and client communication
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
