Job title: Case Review Manager

• No intention to have line management responsibility.

It will be imperative that the person has operated at a Team Leader Level or above and has a track record of working within the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, understands casework.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing homelessness cases as a senior officer.
• Responding to statutory reviews of decisions regarding homelessness, including suitability of accommodation.
• Responding to complaints.
• Responding to enquiries from Councillors, AMs, MPs.
