A tier 1 firm in Leeds are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team this September.
Our client is a leading law firm, highly respected for its Real Estate and Commercial Property expertise.
As an NQ, you’ll be handling a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Partners, gaining invaluable exposure to high-profile, complex deals. The team fosters an environment where you’ll take ownership of your matters early, whilst benefiting from the support and guidance of senior lawyers.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in commercial property law from your training contract, with a genuine interest in this area of practice
- Excellent technical ability and a solid understanding of property law
- A proactive approach to your work with a commercial mindset
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
