Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Manager role on a 290‑unit new build residential RC Frame apartment scheme in London.
• Provide confident leadership across Commercial, Design, Construction, Sales and Health & Safety aspects.
• Drive the site team to adhere to strict programme plans, time and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within the house‑building/residential sector.
• Hold all relevant certificates required for the role.
• Excellent management skills and ability to lead a site team.
