What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium to large scale projects from vision through execution. Your role will include:
- Defining the project vision, objectives, scope, and success criteria
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
- Overseeing full project lifecycle management, from requirements elicitation to delivery
- Coordinating and guiding cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics
- Facilitating quality assurance activities and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Leading stakeholder consultations and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project
- Preparing and delivering project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
- Ensuring effective project closeout, knowledge transfer, and handover
- Supporting presales activities by reviewing project proposals, estimates, methodologies, and statements of work
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools, and practices
- Coaching and mentoring other project managers

✔ Core Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex technology or engineering projects
- Strong background in Industrial Operations or industry-focused technology solutions (Oil & Gas Upstream/Midstream/Downstream, Power, Renewables)
- Advanced project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage requirements, quality, and change throughout the project lifecycle
✔ Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Active PMP (or equivalent) certification — required
- Fluency in Spanish & English – a plus
- Ability to navigate complexity and solve problems with clarity
- Strong customer orientation and relationship-building
- Adaptability in changing environments
- Ability to develop talent and share knowledgeInnovative mindset aimed at improving processes and PM best practices
