Location: Farnborough (4 days per week on‑site)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Start Date: ASAP

(Allows time for DV clearance checks and alignment with project kick-off. Interviews and offers can take place earlier.)

Contract Duration: 7 months

Pay Rate: £600–£700 per day (Umbrella)

IR35: Inside IR35

Clearance Required: Clearance to Start: DV | Clearance for Role: DV | Candidate must already hold active DV Clearance

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to support the delivery of an important IT application and infrastructure solution for a mission‑critical end user. You will join a motivated, high‑performing team working on one of the UK’s leading programmes.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Scrum Master with hands‑on experience across the Agile lifecycle and the ability to operate effectively within demanding timeframes.

Required Skills

  • Agile delivery experience, particularly using SAFe Competence in facilitating SCRUM ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives Strong grasp of Sprint performance metrics, including how to measure and evaluate Sprint efficiency Experience partnering with Product Owners to define, prioritise and refine backlog items Proven ability to work with distributed SCRUM teams, both virtually and onsite xwzovoh Background contributing to complex IT solutions for large government bodies or major private organisations Willingness to travel to Leidos and customer sites as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholder groups

Desirable Skills

  • Experience delivering IT services into UK government departments Knowledge of asset and knowledge discovery, including producing knowledge articles Experience coaching Agile team members
