Experience

• Experience in construction management within Chemical, FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or EPC environments.
• Strong background in mechanical, piping, civil, structural, and electrical construction management.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in construction management and site supervision.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and project teams.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, process piping, rotating/static equipment, and structural steel erection.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and local building codes.
