About the RoleAs a Supervisor, you will coordinate and manage a variety of works including: Minor new works, reactive and remedial tasksPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM)Supply chain and contractor managementCompliance and certification reviews You will be responsible for ensuring work schedules are prioritised and delivered to meet contractual KPIs. The role includes reviewing risk assessments and method statements for high-risk activities, overseeing report writing, and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard.With appropriate qualifications and training, you will also take on the role of Asbestos Responsible Person, supporting safe management and compliance across the site.Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver small works and maintenance projectsReview and approve RAMS and compliance documentationSupport planned maintenance through reporting and remedial worksEnsure contractor compliance with JSP and site regulationsLiaise with the Helpdesk, DIO, and end users to resolve issuesMaintain strong working knowledge of systems such as MAXIMO and CoupaAttend training and meetings to stay current with contract changesSupport business continuity and respond to audits Person SpecificationEssential Skills & Experience: Experience in construction, building, or facilities managementStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage workload independently and within a teamProfessional and adaptable approach to changeNVQ Level qualification in a relevant trade, building, civil engineering, or related disciplineManagement-level qualification in Health & Safety and Environment (e.g., SMSTS)Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Experience on MOD or military estatesKnowledge of airfield pavement inspectionsExperience or qualification as an Asbestos Responsible Person (training can be provided)Asbestos and PAT Testing certifications.
