Prior + Partners has immediate opportunities for Urban Designers and Senior Urban Designers to take a leading role on UK focused housing and regeneration projects. Your workload will include a range of scales, from major regional frameworks to site level masterplans and development strategies. The ideal candidates will have a passion and commitment for the design and delivery of complex mixed-use developments, urban extensions and new communities. UK Housing-led and mixed use masterplanning projects;– Place visions and strategic growth opportunities;– Successful outline planning applications;– Design coding at all scales;– Within project teams and working in multi-disciplinary environments.
An architectural background with RIBA Part 2 (or a masters in urban design), or a landscape architecture background with relevant qualification;– Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent report writing abilities.
