We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a well-established and growing MEP contractor based in Farringdon, London . This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a proactive Health and Safety professional who enjoys working across both office and site environments. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a genuine impact on company-wide safety standards.
Develop, implement, and review Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with UK legislation. Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance across multiple projects. Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Deliver Health & Safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions. Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all levels of the business. NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement); Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within MEP, construction, or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and UK Health & Safety legislation. Competitive pro rata salary plus travel expenses. Part-time position – 3 days per week (some flexibility on days worked).
