A global engineering business within the advanced manufacturing and technology sector is seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Specialist to join their team in Sunbury-on-Thames. The Senior Supplier Quality Specialist will lead supplier performance initiatives, manage audit programmes, and develop quality processes aligned with business goals. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Project teams to ensure suppliers meet expectations on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards and monitoring processes. Lead root cause analysis (8D) and drive robust corrective and preventive actions. Proven experience in supplier quality or supplier development within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing, and root cause analysis. Work in a culture that values collaboration, technical excellence, and professional growth.
