Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Product will coach and lead our talented team of 7 Product Managers, with a key focus of this role to successfully turn our product strategy into deliverable outcomes for our customers, as well as operationalising our product function, establishing ways of working to really supercharge our delivery.

Oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that align with business goals. Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery. Work with the Product Analyst and customer success teams to analyse product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimisation initiatives. Monitor key product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement areas. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
