What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will provide aggregate portfolio planning and risk management support across one of our core business change portfolios and be accountable for the executive reporting of the portfolio, providing an objective view on status, progress, risks and outcomes.
You will undertake regular portfolio health check activity across initiatives within the portfolio to ensure that change is being planned, managed and controlled effectively, and adheres to standards and guardrails aligned to the Society’s Value Delivery Framework. Through this activity, you will identify and deliver continuous improvements to our business change framework and standards and provide feedback and training to help uplift our business change delivery and readiness capability.
You will also manage portfolio-level benefit management and realisation processes, ensuring that the outcomes of initiatives within the portfolio are clearly understood, benefits are validated, planned and realised and that portfolio reporting of outcome status is transparent and accurate.
Working as part of a larger portfolio management capability, you will work with colleagues to evolve and optimise our approach to business change portfolio management, ensuring that there are clear demand and prioritisation processes, robust ‘in portfolio’ controls and assurance, and a compelling articulation of our change activity across all levels of the Society.
