The Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Work under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Senior Staff and Care Officers
- Support children and young people with their emotional, social and physical needs
- Build positive, trusting and consistent relationships
- Safely manage challenging behaviour using CPI techniques
- Be a valued part of a supportive and dedicated residential team
