Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (1–6 PQE) | Nottingham | Legal 100 Firm
Salary £52,000–£65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its well-established real estate team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, full-service practice known for its strength in development, strategic land, and renewable energy work.

The role
You will take responsibility for a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, working on a broad mix of matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and refinancing transactions. You will also have exposure to renewables and wider development projects.
A key part of the role will focus on strategic land work, including the drafting and negotiation of:
- Option agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Landowner collaboration agreements
- Consortium agreements
The role will involve acting predominantly for landowners on complex residential and commercial development schemes, working closely with experienced colleagues on high-value, strategic projects.
