The role

Reporting to the Casino Manager, Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:

• A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons
• Contributing to a culture of positivity
• Maintaining game integrity and consistency
• Inspecting dealer performance
• Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System

Do you have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ dealer/inspector experience
• Mayfair casino experience
• Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL)
• Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements
• A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills
