The role
Reporting to the Casino Manager, Dealer/Inspectors are accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience through the demonstration of welcoming, polished, personalised, attentive and engaging behaviours. This includes but is not limited to:
- A focus on customer service values. Providing a customised service to all gaming patrons
- Contributing to a culture of positivity
- Maintaining game integrity and consistency
- Inspecting dealer performance
- Collation of accurate player data input through the Player Management System

Do you have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ dealer/inspector experience
- Mayfair casino experience
- Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL)
- Have knowledge of the current UK gaming regulatory and legislative requirements
- A solid understanding and experience of customer service values with exceptional communication skills
