We are partnering with a highly respected, global professional services firm to appoint an Office Coordinator / Front of House for their London office.
This is a pivotal, client-facing role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless office experience.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting wider administrative and HR functions. This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same!
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage meeting rooms, office facilities, suppliers and daily office logistics
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, post and deliveries
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, events and internal meetings
- Maintain office supplies, budgets and health & safety processes
- Support onboarding/offboarding and assist with HR and team initiatives
- Work closely with international offices and internal stakeholders
Required
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or office coordination role
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a personable, client-focused approach
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and Apple systems
- Calm under pressure with a solutions-driven mindset
The Offer
- £40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
