General Manager – Coffee (Multi-Site)

About the Role

We are an exciting and fast-growing coffee brand with multiple sites across London and ambitious plans for further expansion. We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to oversee operations across several locations, support team development, and play a key role in scaling the business as new sites open.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow with a brand on the rise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple coffee shop locations
• Lead, motivate, and manage teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
• Help develop team members and future leaders within the business
• Ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and brand experience
• Monitor performance, manage rotas, and control labour costs
• Work closely with senior leadership on new site openings and business growth
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness across all sites
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years previous experience managing a coffee shop or hospitality venue (multi-site experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering great customer experiences
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach
• Experience with training and developing staff
