Data Delivery Manager/Scrum Master (Databricks + Salesforce)
UK-based (Fully Remote- flexible)
£65- 70k base + benefits
Our client is a global company looking for a Data Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to lead delivery across data and CRM initiatives, with a focus on Databricks-driven data platforms and Salesforce integration projects. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery discipline, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across data engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects (Databricks-focused)
- Act as Scrum Master across Agile teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, Salesforce teams)
- Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology
- Ensure alignment between Data platform and Salesforce use cases
- Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong experience delivering data platform projects (Databricks preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce environments
- Solid Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure/AWS data platforms
- Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, lakehouse)
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM)
