Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HRIS to lead our Group HRIS strategy, ensuring robust support to and collaboration with our Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Analytics teams.

This role requires a professional who combines strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors with the ability to translate system capabilities into clear, business‑friendly HR solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a confident leader, and a skilled project manager, capable of driving digital HR transformation across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze, maintain, and continuously improve the Group HRIS landscape, balancing functionality, user experience, and budget constraints.
  • Define and manage the HRIS roadmap in alignment with HR priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead development and optimization projects including:
  • AI-powered employee-facing simplifications
  • Talent management and learning development innovations
  • Payroll and time management simplification across the Group’s four main countries (UK, Italy, Mexico, France)
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR technologies, coordinating with SAP SuccessFactors, system integrators, and external partners.
  • Facilitate end-to-end HRIS project delivery from design through deployment and change management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with IT and Finance to secure technical alignment, data integrity, and successful project execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders by translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions.

Reporting & Data

  • Partner with the Analytics & Reporting team to run complex data queries, configure reports, and support data governance.

User Experience & Training

  • Organize and lead change management activities, including executive briefings and user training for HR teams.
  • Ensure system enhancements reflect strong UX principles and elevate employee experience.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure all HR processes and system configurations comply with GDPR, local data protection laws, and internal data governance policies.
  • Support release management, system updates, and ongoing process optimization.
  • Manage a team of 2 HRIS specialists plus external resources depending on project scope.
  • Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that encourages operational excellence.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree (preferred) and 8+ years of experience delivering HRIS projects
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with configuration experience in at least three of the following modules: Employee Central (including Position Management, Time Off, ECP, Integration Center), Performance & Goal Management, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting (RMK/RMX) and Onboarding 2.0
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HRIS process redesign projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge HR, IT, and Finance
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking a leadership role

Preferred

  • Experience with AllShare is a plus
  • Exposure to multi-country HRIS landscapes and integrations
