Job Overview
As our Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets and individually set objectives in the defined strategic geographical territory for our Injectables Business.
A consultative approach to developing high value customer relationships is required and will be aligned with high transactional growth and account value development. This role encompasses responsibility for all sales activities, from new prospect account opportunity development through to close, key account development and cross category expansion, training customers on all products within the Sinclair UK Injectables Aesthetics portfolio.
This role involves the implementation of marketing strategies to expand the customer base, achieve customer satisfaction, and generate increased revenue in line with Sinclair’s vision and values.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of key accounts, responsible not only for driving sales performance but also shaping account strategy, customize & improve marketing planning, execution, and long-term partnership development.
The successful candidate will operate at a senior level, engaging with decision-makers, influencing commercial outcomes, and ensuring the effective alignment and delivery of commercial and marketing initiatives across their account portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out the sales and promotion of the Sinclair UK Aesthetics portfolio to Clinic/Practice owners and appropriately qualified clinicians in order to achieve regional/national sales objectives.
- Provide clinician training (workshops) for the proper use of the Sinclair UK Aesthetics portfolio, within or outside the territory.
- Attend medical exhibitions/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of Sinclair Aesthetic portfolio of products.
- To create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the Territory.
- Lead account-level marketing planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the wider company marketing strategy
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform both commercial and marketing strategy
- Drive local activation, events, and promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and sales performance within accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clinic owners, KOLs, procurement leads, and senior decision-makers)
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements
- Deliver against sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives
- Support product launches, training initiatives, and educational activities to maximise uptake
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a strong presence in the aesthetics community
- Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require
- Thorough record keeping and maintenance of customer profile in CRM
- Operating as a Trusted Advisor to support development of Customer capabilities in areas that support practice development; including but not limited to paid and organic marketing activity to attract and retain patients, front desk conversion confidence and efficiency, PR activity.
Requirements
- minimum 3 years of experience as Key account manager in the aesthetics/injectables industry
- minimum of 2 years previous B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining business relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Account planning, and/or consulting experience
- P&L fundamentales
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategy
- Established network and deep understanding of the UK Injectables medical aesthetics market
Role competencies

- Analyse sales data to develop a regional business plan, detailing activities for the accounting year.

- Maintains efficient time management skills ensuring maximum customer contacts.
- Able to help in the co-ordination and running of training days.
- Act as company ambassador, promoting products at marketing events and exhibitions. Keeps track of and follows-up the sales opportunities from trade shows and similar events.
