HRIS & Payroll Specialist – LONDON – Premium Retail – 12 month FTC (potential to extend)

This is a fantastic newly created role where, as the HRIS & Payroll Specialist, you’ll take ownership of payroll, HR systems, and operational excellence within a premium retail environment.

You will;

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery and governance
• Manage third-party payroll providers and ensure compliance (UK tax, NI, pensions)
• Lead HRIS optimisation and maintain high data integrity (Dayforce desirable)
• Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Manage benefits administration and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR
