Seeking commercial lawyers for this exciting Legal Counsel role

Legal Counsel – Cambridgeshire

Client

An international science and technologygroup

Role

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
• Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP, corporate, employment and real estate
• Wide commercial exposure across this growing business,working closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group
• Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the group’s UK businesses

You

• 2+ years PQE solicitor witha commercial background
• Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage, as is experience with service contracts
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive and adaptable torelevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies
