Commercial Property Solicitor | 4+ PQE | choice of locations in the City of London, Bromley or Surrey| £70,000 – £80,000 DOE | Hybrid Working

A highly respected and successful regional law firm with an established London office is seeking a Solicitor to join its Commercial Property team. The firm offers career development and an exceptional people culture.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Solicitor looking to manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while working closely with the Head of Practice in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The role

• Managing Commercial Property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and related documentation
• Conducting due diligence including title checks, searches and compliance reviews
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, property finance and development issues
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior colleagues

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Proven experience managing a Commercial Property caseload.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Experience in development, planning or property finance matters would be advantageous.
