Job Description:

Account Director – Health Public Affairs

M+F Health has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director to join their Public Affairs team.

M+F Health is an independent agency going through an incredible period of growth and success. Their clients range from pharma to charities and coalition groups, mainly with a Westminster-facing focus. They combine sharp strategic thinking with a genuinely people-centred culture, a balance they’re committed to keeping.

This is a brilliant role for someone who is already operating at senior level in health policy/public affairs, ideally with agency experience, and wants to step into a position with real ownership, influence and room to grow.

This role sits firmly on the Public Affairs side of the business and experience working with pharma clients is preferred.

The shape of the role

This is a pivotal position within the agency. You’ll be leading accounts, helping shape strategic direction, and playing an active part in the future growth of the business.

Alongside senior client leadership, you’ll also:

  • help create brilliant, ambitious proposals
  • lead integrated thinking where appropriate
  • contribute to organic growth across existing accounts
  • play an active role managing and mentoring junior colleagues
  • bring sector intelligence into the team and share it generously
  • contribute to agency culture and to the wider health policy/comms industry

Why this one stands out

M+F Health is one of those agencies where culture genuinely matters. They are thoughtful about who they hire, supportive of their people, and serious about delivering work that has a positive impact on health and wellbeing.

So if you’re looking for an Account Director role where you can do high-quality health public affairs work in a business that is both ambitious and human, please get in touch in confidence.
