Overview
Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and motivated by projects that make a real difference? Join our Transport Directorate and play a vital role in delivering the Mass Transit Programme in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast‑paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high‑profile programme that will shape the future of regional transport. You will sit at the heart of programme delivery, helping to plan, coordinate, and control projects while working closely with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders. In this varied role you will take ownership of key programme processes, from raising purchase orders and tracking approvals through governance pathways to maintaining project trackers and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
You will manage the Mass Transit mailbox, coordinate meetings through the project calendar, and provide high‑quality document control across Windows, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. You will attend programme and project meetings, producing clear minutes and action logs, and support compliance with WECA quality assurance requirements. You will also help prepare essential project outputs including status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and financial tracking, giving the team the insights needed to make informed decisions. If you enjoy organising workshops, supporting stakeholder engagement, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be your next role.
