Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Hampshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours available if desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the preconstruction process from tender to handover.
- Coordinate bid teams and contribute to bid strategy.
- Engage with clients and consultants to build strong relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Support workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team.
- Assist the Building team in ensuring successful project mobilisation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A construction‑related qualification and relevant professional membership.
- Experience managing preconstruction on projects up to £20m.
