Payroll Specialist
Job title: Payroll Specialist, Job ID: 109711, Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Work arrangement: Hybrid (up to 80% or 4 days a week, home on weekends based on project requirements). Employment type: Regular, Professional. Area of work: Software Engineering. Shift: General (daytime).
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Payroll Processes: configure the system, test processes, and integrate them into the clients’ business environment to ensure they meet the clients’ business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive project support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results.
- Develop functional design documents that capture business requirements and provide a clear understanding of the solution.
- Test and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth delivery of payroll processes.
- Create preliminary reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.

Bachelor’s Degree.

- Experience of Oracle HR and Payroll (E-Business or Fusion).
- Experience of Oracle HRMS implementation / project experience.
- Experience of systems support.
- Experience of a help or service desk.
- Experience of working for an outsource provider.
- Experience of large payrolls.
- Experience of reporting tools.
- Detailed knowledge of UK HR legislation.
- Knowledge of International Payroll legislation.
- Experience of working in a team when a new HR & Payroll solution has been implemented.
- Experience of working in a fully managed payroll environment.
- CIPP or CIPD qualified.
