This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the MedTech sector, contributing to the cutting edge of medical innovation, and is ideally suited to someone looking to advance their skills in clinical training and education.***This role involves nationwide travel across GB.*****Principal Duties and Responsibilities:*** Onsite customer training & support for the premium portfolio of medical devices including fetal monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation, supplied by leading global manufacturers.* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders across acute hospital settings.* Respond to customer queries in a timely & professional manner, provide customers with advice on products and ensure product configurations are appropriate for their clinical placements.* Communication & interaction with colleagues to monitor planned installations and schedule training with customers.* Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues across the business, including participation in sales demonstrations and product evaluations* Maintain professional registration as appropriate and establish & maintain certification, for customer training, with all required suppliers.* Maintenance of training records in electronic and/or paper format.* Participation in Clinical Education programs, delivered to customers and colleagues.* Contribute to the development of the Training & Education Team, participate in improvement projects and commitment to the principle of continuous improvement across the business**Role Requirements:*** Clinical qualification in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline & minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.* Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training, or a related discipline.* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer focused approach.* Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing training schedules and coordinating with healthcare teams.* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Full, clean driver’s licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly; this role involves nationwide travel across GB.#cardiacservices**#1 Top Workplace in the area.**#J-18808-Ljbffr…
