I’m currently recruiting Android Developers to join an innovative digital consultancy known for combining strategy, technology and design to build next‑generation digital experiences for global brands.

About the role
As an Android Developer, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers and architects to build high‑quality mobile applications.
The ideal candidate brings
Strong experience with Kotlin and Android SDK
- Knowledge of Jetpack libraries: Room, LiveData, ViewModel, WorkManager, Navigation, Compose
- Familiarity with Material Design and responsive UI principles
- Experience integrating third‑party APIs and working with REST/JSON/XML
- Understanding of the full Android app lifecycle and Google Play deployment
- Proficiency with Git, testing frameworks, and debugging tools
- Experience with architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Ability to optimize app performance and manage threading
- Understanding of Android security best practices
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration
- Mentoring or technical leadership experience (for Senior level)
A portfolio of apps published in the Play Store is a strong plus.

Depending on experience: the max budget for:
- Candidates from Belfast – £40,300 + £600 in flex + 5% OTB
- Candidates from Manchester – £45,050 + £600 in flex + 5% OTB
Recruitment process:
Two stages – technical interview + HR
