About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support business planning and strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
- Partner with operational teams to improve cost control and profitability
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Produce KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Support year-end processes and audit requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in an FP&A, Finance Analyst, or similar role
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems
- Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Experience within construction, compliance, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
