Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager for a permanent position in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be a Nurse Qualified Manager with a proven track record of managing a large home that offers both nursing and residential care for the elderly. The home has received excellent feedback on carehome.co.uk and is rated 4’s by the Care Inspectorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing home on a daily basis, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Maintain occupancy levels and ensure the home operates efficiently.
• Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience
