THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of go-to-market activities across the globe, always maximising opportunities for our brand. You will plan and implement the marketing calendar, ensuring core brand messages are amplified through Advertising, PR, Events, CRM and wider brand and retail marketing activity. Working alongside key internal stakeholders, partners, wholesale key accounts, you will support the rollout of an expanding brand with an ever-growing global footprint whilst building a bold and engaging brand image. With a strong focus on campaign excellence, operational rigor and brand impact, this role supports the continued growth of the brand across established and emerging international markets.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end campaign and launch planning, owning timelines, critical paths and deliverables across all channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and on budget.
  • Own marketing calendars and ensure accuracy, visibility and alignment across global markets.
  • Manage campaign budgets, tracking spend, forecasting and reporting against plans.
  • Provide campaign performance reporting and insights to inform future activity.

ADVERTISING & MEDIA

  • Support the negotiation and delivery of advertising and media partnerships across print, digital, OOH and broadcast channels.
  • Manage creative briefs, approvals and production timelines to support media investments in key global markets.
  • Coordinate booking orders, contracts and payment plans in collaboration with finance and agency partners.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to incorporate market, consumer and performance insights into media and creative planning.
  • Track brand health and media KPIs, producing monthly reports for business reviews.

PR & EVENTS

  • Manage day-to-day press office operations alongside regional PR agencies across the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
  • Coordinate PR samples for media, influencer and editorial opportunities to maximise coverage and visibility.
  • Plan and deliver brand and press events, from briefing and production through to guest management and execution.
  • Create and distribute PR assets including press releases, invitations and briefing documents.
  • Maintain PR reporting, tracking coverage, reach and impact, and share insights with the wider business.

INFLUENCER & KOL MARKETING

  • Oversee the execution of the influencer and KOL strategy in partnership with external agencies.
  • Manage relationships, briefs, timelines and deliverables for influencer campaigns across priority markets.
  • Coordinate direct influencer and KOL gifting and content initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve the global KOL database.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and campaign-level reporting on influencer performance and ROI.

COMMUNITY & RETAIL MARKETING

  • Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives for store openings, pop-ups and key trading moments.
  • Partner with retail, sales and VM teams to ensure impactful launches and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Support recruitment, stylist and personal shopper programmes to drive community engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate exclusive product or collaboration initiatives for key openings, regions and partnerships.

MARKETING OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION

  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reconciliation of spend.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage supplier relationships and coordinate payments with finance teams.
  • Track gifting budgets and inventory by market.
  • Ensure campaign assets and materials are distributed accurately to markets and retail teams.
  • Maintain core marketing trackers, calendars and reporting tools.

Candidate Profile

Advertising

  • Must have hands‑on experience managing and operating publisher advertising, including print and digital placements.
  • Experience supporting or owning media plans, bookings, insertion orders, contracts and delivery schedules.
  • Comfortable managing creative assets through briefing, approvals and delivery to meet publisher deadlines.
  • Experience tracking performance and supporting reporting against agreed media objectives.

PR Operations

  • Must have experience in day-to-day PR operations, either in‑house or agency side.
  • Confident supporting press office activity, including handling requests, sample trafficking, gifting and press appointments.
  • Experience coordinating PR assets such as press releases, invitations and supporting materials.
  • Comfortable working with regional PR agencies and contributing to monthly PR reporting and coverage analysis.

Event Management

  • Proven experience supporting or managing event production across brand launches, press events, retail events or activations.
  • Experience managing guest lists, RSVPs, invitations and on‑site logistics.
  • Confident coordinating suppliers, venues, talent, gifting and event timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Experience supporting post‑event reporting and evaluation.

Project Management

  • Must have experience owning critical paths for campaigns or projects, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to plan.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, stakeholders and approvals across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident working with internal teams such as brand, PR, retail, VM, creative, finance and external partners.
  • Experience identifying risks, troubleshooting issues and keeping projects on track through proactive communication.

Skills

  • Excellent project management, organisational skills, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience with Asana and Netsuite preferred.
  • Personally flexible and consultative, able to build strong and credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel – able to build pivot tables and budget sheets effectively.
  • Knowledge of the fashion retail industry and various distribution models.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and critical paths.
  • Curiosity for the luxury fashion market, including competitor brands and key multi‑brand retailers.
  • Understanding of key marketing functions including PR, advertising, digital marketing, CRM, social media and events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.
  • Degree educated or above, ideally in a relevant related field.
  • Strong desire and/or track record to “make a difference”.
  • French, Spanish, German language beneficial but not required.
