We re seeking a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (1 3 years PQE) to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in Thame. This role offers high-quality work, real responsibility, and a clear path towards Partnership or Director level.
The Role
You ll handle a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion while building strong client relationships.
What You ll Be Doing
- Managing residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold sales and purchases)
- Handling commercial property matters including leases, licences, and assignments
- Supporting acquisitions and refinancing transactions
- Drafting contracts, leases, and key legal documents
- Preparing reports on title for clients and lenders
- Delivering excellent client service throughout
What We re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 1 3 years PQE in property
- Strong residential conveyancing experience, with some commercial exposure
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Confident communicator with a client-first approach
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress long-term
