Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional with complex care experience for a Service Leader based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. About You
Experience working in a complex care health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also have experience working with people supported who present different challenges in their lives which include learning difficulties, communication, and autism that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
Experience and Knowledge
- Leading and motivating a team of support workers
- Driving high standards of care and service delivery
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and empowering culture
- Ensuring services are well‑resourced and compliant
- Supporting with CQC registration and quality assurance
- Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role – training can be offered
- Hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England)
