Join a hybrid London‑based team supporting leadership in managing multiple high‑impact game development workstreams. You’ll help structure processes, maintain project visibility, and ensure alignment across several active cells, while occasionally travelling to Helsinki for on‑site collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.

About the role
You will support the leadership team in setting up and running key projects across several active workstreams. This includes project tracking, dependency mapping, workflow coordination and ensuring that documentation systems remain clean, structured and actionable. You’ll manage meeting preparation, follow‑through and operational cadence while helping unblock teams and improve workflow visibility.
What you’ll do
- Support leadership in structuring and managing key multi‑team projects
- Track progress and provide status reporting across 6–8 active workstreams
- Map dependencies and coordinate across multiple cross‑functional groups
- Maintain Notion databases, trackers and views to ensure clarity and usability
- Set up and manage Linear boards for engineering workstreams
- Prepare agendas, notes and follow‑up actions for recurring meetings
- Identify blockers and help teams maintain forward momentum
What we’re looking for
Experience
- Professional project management experience in games or live‑service environments (preferred)
- Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Background managing multiple workstreams in parallel
Skills
- Comfortable using Notion for project documentation, databases and workflow setup
- Proficient with Linear for engineering task tracking
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously
- Confident navigating ambiguity and structuring unformed projects
Nice to have
- Experience working on live‑service games
- Familiarity with cross‑studio or cross‑location collaboration workflows
