We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £40,000 plus company benefits. Additionally, a £1,000 sign‑on bonus in month 1 of employment and an extra £1,000 after 12 months.
Role Overview
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. It involves acting as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Responsibilities
- Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
- Upsell additional products.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable; experience in a customer‑facing role essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
