Role Responsibilities
You will support the Senior Site Manager through delivery to phased handovers in 2027 and 2028.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall support and management of the project team
- Subcontract Management
- Overview and support of design coordination
- Construction methodology and programme – creation of short-term programmes
- Ensuring smooth, timely and efficient site operationsMaintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance
Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within a major / regional contracting organisation
- Track record of working on large-scale projects valued at £20m+
- Strong project team management skills
- Demonstrable focus, drive and leadership capability
- Experience working on public sector schemes under NEC contracts (highly advantages)
