Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our busy transport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills. The CSO will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. This role can be part time or full time depending on the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Accurately perform data entry tasks
- Assist customers with service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Office experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are required.
