Finishing Manager

Finishing Manager – Birmingham

We’re looking for a Finishing Manager to join a live residential scheme in Birmingham.

You’ll be responsible for driving internal works through to completion across a multi-block development, ensuring high standards, strong coordination of trades, and a smooth handover.

Key Duties

• Oversee all internal finishing works
• Manage subcontractors and push programme
• Maintain quality control and snagging processes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-run site

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering finishes on residential/accommodation schemes
• Strong, proactive approach with a solid work ethic
• Good eye for detail and ability to drive standards
