Conduct Risk Manager

Overview

An MGA that operates in the Lloyd’s market is currently looking for an experienced compliance manager to focus on conduct risk. This is a fixed-term, 6 month contract that will pay up to £100,000 (pro-rata).

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in enhancing and implementing the firm’s conduct risk framework.




• You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert across a broad range of conduct-related topics—including complaints, product governance, and Consumer Duty.




• You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the UK and internationally, ensuring conduct practices, controls and policies remain robust, compliant and commercially effective.

Qualifications

• Experience gained working on conduct risk with a London-market insurance firm.
