Overview
Seeking a bright, independently capable and hard‑working Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join a niche and expanding cost team (of four surveyors) within an independent PM business of around 30 Project Managers in central London. Our client has a solid reputation within the London consultancy market.
Key Projects
- £180m commercial office (City of London)
- £45m PBSA in South West London
- £60m PBSA in Battersea
- £160m post‑contract in City of London
- Select smaller fit‑outs (c £1‑5m) and numerous feasibility studies
Responsibilities
Project Surveyors must be able to run a project from inception to completion, including active involvement with measurement tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
- Minimum 2 years PQS experience, specifically within the UK
- Currently employed by a UK-based PQS
- Working towards Chartered status, or newly qualified surveyors are welcomed
- Unable to provide visa support; applicants must be able to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to £70,000 (for MRICS)
