Norrøna Retail is now seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager for our Flagship Store in London!
Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. Our mission is to create the world’s greatest outdoor products and offer unique adventures through a responsible business. With a diverse team of approximately 500 people from 20 different nationalities you will be able to develop in a passionate culture, where trying, testing, learning and failing is part of our everyday life.
The position is a permanent full‑time position equivalent to 100% (40 hours per week). As a Store Manager in Norrøna’s stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer’s needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.
Our stores offer exclusively Norrøna products, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations and uphold Norrøna’s high standards. We seek a dynamic leader who is passionate about customer service, shares our dedication to nature and outdoor sports, and excels in planning and executing tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, enhance customer experience, and meet budgetary and KPI goals
- Lead and motivate your team and ensure that “Norrøna Way of Selling” is our established working method
- Manage HR tasks and recruitment in collaboration with HQ in Oslo
- Oversee inventory reception and pricing
- Maintain strong relationships with the shopping center office and local partners
- Represent and advocate for the store and Norrøna
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of retail experience
- Demonstrates leadership skills and experience
- Is passionate about sales and creating excellent customer experiences
- Can inspire and unite a team towards common goals
- Is enthusiastic about Norrøna, outdoor activities, and sports
- Possesses strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
