Roofing Project Manager – Bristol
Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Bristol (Office-Based with Travel)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
A leading roofing manufacturer is seeking a commercially aware and technically strong Roofing Project Manager to support the delivery of roofing systems across projects in Bristol and the surrounding region.
This is primarily an office-based role, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure roofing solutions are specified and delivered in line with manufacturer standards. The role will also involve regular interaction with site teams and occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage roofing projects from specification through to completion, ensuring systems meet manufacturer standards
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and external partners
- Provide technical guidance and support on roofing systems and applications
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, technical, and operations teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits where required
- Produce technical reports, documentation, and project updates
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety requirements
- Support warranty processes and project sign-off
Requirements
- Proven experience within roofing or the wider construction industry
- Strong understanding of roofing systems (flat and/or pitched)
- Experience in a project coordination, technical, or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable
- Experience working for a roofing manufacturer or in a specification-led environment xwzovoh
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ or similar)
- Understanding of warranty processes and quality assurance
- Commercial awareness and ability to support product solutions
