Job Title: Data Steward – PIM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Steward to support data quality, governance, and consistency across the EMEA region. This role will act as a key point of contact to ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and readiness across multiple systems, enabling smooth product launches and seamless syndication across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validation of mandatory product data across core systems
- Upload and manage product data within PIM systems, resolving data gaps through stakeholder coordination
- Act as a primary contact for resolving product data issues faced by business teams
- Communicate data requirements clearly to stakeholders to ensure alignment with product launch timelines
- Track, monitor, and report product data readiness and launch status
- Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates within inRiver
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality processes and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Data Stewardship / Data Management
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle and data governance principles
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems such as inRiver (preferred), or Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management
- Experience working with marketplaces and e-retailers as part of PIM syndication process (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English
