Role Description
This is a remote role for a Self-employed Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling SyncPayments’ solutions, building relationships with business clients, providing exceptional customer service, and training clients on product offerings. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth, handling customer inquiries, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Knowledge of Insurance and related services is a plus
- Experience in Training clients to use software solutions or providing product demonstrations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with payment processing or fintech industry is an advantage
