The HR & Reward Analyst will support the HR department’s strategic initiatives and objectives and lead key day-to-day reward and compensation tasks, including the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of our reward approach, ensuring it’s competitive, fair, and aligned with our business strategy.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience by ensuring our reward, benefits and HR processes run smoothly, our data is robust, and our leaders have access to high-quality insights to support decision‑making across the business.
The base location for this role is flexible, and we are happy to discuss hybrid‑working arrangements at the interview.
Main responsibilities
Support company‑wide job grading activities, including maintaining and adding new job profiles and grades, reviewing compensation bands, and ongoing internal and external benchmarking of roles.
Support with annual budgeting and compensation activities.
Manage all annual renewal processes for key business benefits, liaising with external suppliers and brokers.
Provide administrative support for company benefits, including leading on all claims processes and monitoring usage of benefits, and collating and tracking bonus schemes across the business.
Be a compensation and benefits specialist across all levels of the business, supporting with complex queries.
Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll and benefits systems in order to produce regular and ad‑hoc reward and HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis in order to ensure ongoing compliance.

Be yourself!
Have proven analytical skills and confidence working with and interpreting large sets of complex data from multiple sources, using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Have a broad understanding of HR practices and Reward & Benefits processes to find creative solutions, and offer advice and recommendations.
Understand key reward principles such as benchmarking, benefits administration, and relevant reporting requirements.
Be a proactive problem‑solver with a process‑improvement mindset.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.
Be able to work independently, be highly organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
